◆Job Description
As AiRato’s first BizDev member, you will work closely with the executive team and product owners to lead the launch and growth of the business from its initial stage to full operation.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will initially focus on business development that turns existing business ideas into concrete initiatives. In the mid-to-long term, you will also be expected to propose and lead new 0→1 business initiatives in the cancer treatment field.
• Alliance development and sales to medical institutions
As a frontline player, you will drive sales activities and strengthen alliances with major and core medical institutions that provide radiation therapy at approximately 900 facilities (including university hospitals, cancer centers, and regional core hospitals).
The company already has certain connections with these institutions.
• Driving product development toward Product-Market Fit (PMF)
On the business side during the early stage, you will play a key role in providing feedback to the product.
You will proactively participate in product development to achieve PMF.
• Building and transferring organizational functions for business expansion
Recruitment and establishment of Sales & Marketing structures in preparation for organizational expansion after the Series A stage
Organizational management and function development
<Expected Responsibilities>
• Continuous launch of new businesses
After achieving PMF, you may be entrusted with special missions depending on the situation, such as validating and launching new themes within the same product or creating entirely new businesses in different domains.
Depending on your strengths and aspirations, you may choose to continuously launch 0→1 businesses or oversee growth from 1→10.

◆ Required Experience / Skills
Required
・Corporate sales experience in medical devices (or customer success experience in the medical device industry)
Preferred
・Experience leading the launch of 0→1 B2B software businesses in new ventures or startup environments
・Experience contributing to product development improvements by providing feedback to development teams

Annual salary: JPY 4.5 million – JPY 9 million
