The PwC Foundation conducted an open call for proposals for its Fall 2025 grant program, “Breaking Barriers (Regional Healthcare),” which aims to address challenges such as shortages of medical resources and inefficiencies in resource allocation within regional healthcare systems.
The project submitted by our company focuses on the development and clinical validation of AI-powered radiation therapy treatment-planning software that reduces the time required to create treatment plans from the conventional six hours to approximately 20 minutes. By leveraging this technology, we aim to reduce dependence on highly specialized personnel in radiation therapy, enable the creation of high-precision treatment plans even in regional hospitals, and ultimately help close the healthcare gap between urban and rural areas.
