About the “Entrepreneurship Promotion Ambassador” Program

MEXT promotes entrepreneurship education as a mindset that encourages individuals to identify and tackle social challenges through creativity, collaboration, and self-driven exploration.

As part of this initiative, experts from diverse fields—such as entrepreneurs, investors, and educators—are appointed by the Minister of Education as Entrepreneurship Promotion Ambassadors and are dispatched to schools nationwide upon request.

The Ambassadors give lectures and workshops to inspire students about the importance of entrepreneurship education and provide practical advice based on their own experiences. MEXT defines entrepreneurship as “the spirit of creating new value” and aims to help students cultivate the ability to proactively identify social issues and take creative approaches to solving them—making entrepreneurship and challenge-taking feel more accessible and familiar.

Comment from TNoriyuki Kadoya, CEO of AiRato Inc.

I am deeply honored to have been appointed as an Entrepreneurship Promotion Ambassador.

As a medical researcher who has spent years working directly with patients, my journey to becoming an entrepreneur began with a strong desire to “transform the future of medicine through the power of technology.”

I believe that learning entrepreneurship enables children not only to complete assigned tasks but also to discover problems on their own and develop the creativity and courage to pursue solutions.

Throughout my own research and development journey, I have faced countless setbacks, but each obstacle provided valuable lessons and insights.

I hope to contribute, even in a small way, to helping children believe in their own potential and embrace challenges with confidence.
